Yesterday at 5 in the morning raiders from the still Chaotic states of Nebraska and Oklahoma Ran the border and attacked the Texas Rangers H.Q., Killing 15 rangers. 36 raiders were killed in the farce battle. The raiders came over the line and opened fire on the tower guards. The Raiders were then rained upon with grenades and machine guns from the tower guards and all awake personnel. the 5 surviving raiders have been sent to prison for life for the deaths of the military men. The attack was believed to be in response to the recent bombings of raider camps in sector 5.

Yesterday another 3 men where sent to the morgue and a lone survivor told a story which has become all too common to the local authorities: They were attacked by a giant Dog the size of a horse that killed and ate the three while the other fled in terror. When the man returned, The dog was gone as was the bodies. The men were found half an hour later, partially eaten. While few authorities believe that there is a dog the size of a horse, they do admit a large canine is obviously behind it. The legendary Jim Ferry has decided to help the authorities and is now patrolling the area. The police praised his courage as he and hundreds of other patrol the area. Gen. Mace was quoted as saying,"That dog is going to the pound, I promise that."

3. If the animal looks diseased, kill it and burn it. Then bury it in a pit lined with rocks. shovel rocks on top of it. Wear protective clothing. Call the above number.
4. Some one is bitten by the animal, lay the person down inside and call 911 and report a mutant attack. do step 3.

China Leaders Killed by Rebels: New leaders Installing Democratic Government.

last night the three month siege of begging was ended when 100,000 rebels charged the city, killing 10,000 communist soldiers. They chanted tianamen square as they rushed the officials bunker. Ching Shan, The rebel leader stood on top and yelled "Now we are free!". He has promised to set up a constitution on Wednesday and all Chinese citizens are going to vote on the new constitution.

Less than three weeks ago, America was put into a blackout as all communications were disrupted. Due to the loss of property caused by the war, Texas, New York, and California are starting the policy that if you can bring property or buildings up to government standard. The rules are as follows.

1. If a property is already inhabited, you can't claim it.
2. It must meet housing requirements in Texas Housing Association rules, available at local office.
3. All land must be marked.

Outlaw report for July 1st, 2001.

According to the reports by The USA armed forces, we estimate there are 50,000 to 250,000 outlaws in the Oklahoma/Nebraska area. These groups, usually called raiders, are what we believe to become of the "survivalists". They seem to keep underlings under them by claiming that the armed forces are that of the soviets. But now a greater percentage are outlaw who run there to keep out of authorities grasps. ............

Who are we? We are those who realize what happened on the fateful day the war began and ended. We are the brothers and sisters who realized exactly how close God came to ending this world. He came and looked down upon us. Then he saw in this the good man kind could do, and decided to save this world. The apocalypse has come and gone, and now it is time to rebuild! Yesterday, the USA Military, along with air units from Canada and local authorities, attacked the area of the Outlands known as Hell Valley, from Fort Omega just outside Dallas\Ft. Worth ruins. The battle lasted just over 4 hours, and was amazingly successful. While the Raiders suffered heavy losses, the Troops had only 35 casualties, all non-fatal. The captured raiders are expected to face trail for murder, looting, rape, assault, and other charges. The injured service men will should all be let out of hospital in less than 6 months, with only one not returning to duty due to extensive leg damage.

October 23, 2001

Yesterday, a terrible tragedy took place. A company of marines were ambushed by about ten raiders armed with Law missile launchers. Before the raiders were killed by tanks in the company, about 50 men were killed, 200 injured by the rockets while they marched through the pass. The commander, Patrick Davis, has been called into question on why the men were marching, why medicine was in short supply, and why no patrols were sent out to check the area. Today, many on the injured we given honorable discharge, and seventeen were awarded Purple hearts. Metals were also given to Scott Daniels, Harry Klien, and Dr. Harrison.

According to The president, the area, full of criminals of various caliber's, is"A outland in the center of a nation which prides it's pursuit of justice. This we cannot allow." The current meetings at the pentagon are going late into the night, with plans supposedly for hostage rescue, mass arrest strategies, and intelligence on the head warlords. The plans, which should go into affect in three months.

Blubonic Plauge eradicates small town in South Dakota while vaccine in works.

The plague has claimed yet another town in the south dakota area. While death rate was less than that of the other towns, New Souix City has lost 718 people out of a population of 1134. Meanwhile in New Orleans Chemical and Biological Laboratories, the work on a vaccine is nearing completion. After the shortage caused by the war, the vaccine has become so rare, that it has become worth 30,000 dollars for enough vaccine for four people. Dr. Follard, director of N.O.C.B.L. said this on the slowness in development: "It takes time to make the vaccine! It is not a overnight deal, yet that is what most people think! Just give us time!"
