Courtesy of Piotr Koczewski, our friendly ostrich, NMA now hosts scans of the ancient Fallout preview from the even more ancient (and defunct) Polish magazine Secret Service.
    
And, this time from the friendly neighbourhood cat, Mikael Grizzly, a batch of Fallout concept art, featuring Leonard Boyarsky's concepts for Laura, Killian Darkwater, Decker and Morpheus, four stages of creating a talking head, a Poseidon Gasoline station and last, but not least, concept art of the T-51b Powered Infantry Armour. And the cherry on top is the beta Fallout 2 title tag:

Edit:  those are Decker and Morpheus?... it seems what didn't actually make it were their concept names....still, really cool!!

Boyarsky's pieces there are nice. I always liked that map of the BOS, it has a nice Canticle for Liebowitz vibe to it.

I'm glad the finished power armor made the crotch more conspicuous... I mean it looks like a cod piece in the sketch.

The Poseidon Oil gas station is amazing. Much of that concept made it into the final game. The stars on the upper trim of the roof, the pipes coming out of the side of the building and into the ground. Very cool to see. I really wish Bethesda had kept that style for Fallout 3.
