I just came across an interview with a Jason Bergman from Bethsoft on the Norwegian gaming site spill.no.

Now if "next chapter" means "next game" or "next DLC", the article doesn't really say. For all I know Bethsoft are planning to DLC the Mojave Wasteland for a couple of years.
