Whats the problem with the BOS. It was allready mentioned that they will use the BOS and here it made way more sense than in Fallout 3. Every time the NCR is in a game the question is there, what happend with the bos which was on their area.

Than change it to weapons. I orginated my opinion from the original Fallout 2 and 1, I played often enough. There you find way to many weapons and armors. For example in Fallou1 at the Quest to rescue Tandy. And otherwise I understand your problem, but probally you don't understand my point...

The problem is not really the price. It's quite realistic, that you get good money for working things. The Problem is, you find to mutch. There should be more useless stuff you can find, because after killing the raiders with hits on the torso, the armor shouldn't be useable, or less durable...

Don`t belive everything　Germans try to tell to you. This ist a connon rumor and for some little parts of east Germany it may be true, but it isn`t reallz as bad. There is some seperation between east and westgerman people. Many people who never where in the east part will tell you horror storys...
