I'm glad they still update Tale of Two Wastelands. I wish there were some bigger conversion mods for Fallout 4 though, that Fallout 3 mod and New Vegas mod in Fallout 4 seem to be taking a while. It's to be expected though with such a small team. I really need to learn more coding *facepalm*

Jackpot! This helped me a lot! I'm trying to add the cheatboy someone else created with the whole sha-bang to make it compatible with the latest Sfall and Resto Project 2.3.3. Thanks heaps for this help.

There is a way to edit the line to allow this mod to work even with megamod and restoration project, you may need Notepad++ Or python to edit the code lines though, based on the readme file, the developer tells you how. It's line 8 by default if I remember right. I'll try to change the code...
