I think I might have narrowed down the issue. I looks like Crits aren't happening in VATS.

Hi everyone, I finally got the Auto-Gauss in the game, but I've noticed it isn't as awesome as the original Gauss gun from FO1 & 2. My energy weapons skill is 100 and the guns stats are DAM:108 and DPS: 300ish so why aren't I completely annihilating everything with it? Is there a script...
