Both ways of combat annoy me on that game
1. First Person Shooter
You can't hit anything! Many times I ran out of AP and was trying to shoot only to be getting mauled to death by a dog.
2. VATS
Bethesda did a great job of making this incredibly buggy. I don't know about anyone else but...
