Okay, I just found and fixed a major mistake I made on one of my custom weapons, however, the weapon is still flawed when I load my save game. I know the gun will be fine if I start a new game, but is there a way I can update my save game to fix the weapon? I really don't want to start yet...

I just started a new game yesterday, and Farsight became a Senior Initiate after mission 3 or 4. On my game before that, Jax went to Senior Initiate also.

Yes, this is the reason I'm asking, because some of my party members have gone up ranks. The thing is, they go up really slow, if any at all, so I was wondering whether you had to do certain things in order for them to gain ranks.

What I want to know is what do you have to do in order for your characters to gain ranks? Does it go by kills, or XP?

I tried editing the 'item.txt' but it didn't work, so can someone tell me how to do it?

Is there a place I can go to request a custom weapon for FT? From the looks of it, custom weapons making is pretty complicated, and I am still new to the Fallout Tactics Editor. So, is there a place I can go and request one made for me?
