Doubtful. He's already pulling down two salaries at the moment. One for being the CEO and one for being the CFO. At least that's what i've heard from those who took the time to comb through all of the filings. -Dec

Apparently some of the employees have found another deputy commissioner that actually returns phone calls and was not aware of the situation. Perhaps this new person will be able to get the ball rolling a bit better. As of right now just about everyone is in the dark. -Dec

The California State Labor Board has been absolutely no help at all as well. They don't return phone calls, they don't send out any sort of documentation or confirmation, etc. It's a terrible situation all the way around. -Dec

Technically there should have been a check in that termination letter and since there was not they are indeed opening themselves up to yet another lawsuit. At the same time getting the money that is owed will be like trying to squeeze blood from a rock. -Dec
