Ah, that would be Arjen Anthony Lucassen; frontman from Ayreon. They’re a progressive metal group... so if you’re into that kind of genre Ayreon is well worth checking out. The picture of him in my avatar is a photoshop edited one... He tends to make these “rock opera” stories for his albums...
