Is there any WORKING character editor like Falche to this mod?

I just started the game and found a rifle that is normally considered small weapons in fallout 2. One-handed pistols/single-handed rifles are showing me 95% accuracy when this rifle is only 36-44. Are the rifles in this modification considered big guns?
