I can't believe I missed something so small... All these years at the university and I still can't read lol. Thanks for the tip, now Fallout 2 is fixed and good to go, still need Fallout 1 though. As mentioned above, fixed the black outs. Thank you kindly for the responses!

Worked perfectly, the black screen issue is gone. Much obliged for the tip; however, the issue with the multiple colors is still present. Do to its common appearance I assume everyone knows what I'm talking about with the rainbow of colors and all. If not let me know I'll be happy to provide...
