    How to actually mod? i hate asking this.

    so, i'm pretty much disappointed in the ol' fallout 3, and wouldn't mind altering a few things. the trouble is, i haven't modded any games beyond using the character editors for 1 and 2 way back when. I've tried searching this forum, but so far i haven't come up with the basic how to's on...
