I tend not to use chems because I forget to use them. Only when I get my ass handed to me do I inject Med-X and Psycho. I do use whiskey regularly though, as most of my characters have some melee ability and +2 STR is useful.

Yeah, I think he does say his plans but for some reason in that (first) play through I must of overlooked that; Got me by total surprise the first time.
