This is Harry alongside the Bethesda supermutant:
The model from Fallout (what we see of it) actually seems more dense, and complex than the one from FO3.
Along the right side is a full supermutant mesh model, seen used in the first frames of the VATS dip scene from Fallout.
*As an aside...
My initial hope after playing Oblivion was that for FO3 there was at least the option of rendering the regular game & gameplay at the quality level of the talking heads and the cutscenes. That turned out to be disappointment #1.
Fallout wasn't claymation; not like Clayfighter, or Neverhood...
IIRC... The GURPS gambling skill is used to detect cheating. But Fallout's implementation seems to just improve the chance of winning.
I would prefer if the game would have the occasional rigged private games, floor tables, and slots that the player could discover with skill, and then decide...
Tord (aka. MyNameIsNotLilly) has a Lets-Play using as low luck and Jinxed character.
*He can't use a gun in the game, due to critical failures that destroy the weapon.
The First Aid and Doctor skills have different percentages, durations, and XP awards. First Aid cannot correct crippling injuries, Doctor cannot be improved with skill books. Doctor is a career choice that opens NPC dialogs with other doctors. Together these two separate skills afford up to six...
One thing comes to mind; pardon if this doesn't apply directly to your case, but... All versions of Windows after XP are beyond paranoid, and play havoc with early software that assumes a level of freedom not allowed by Vista and later versions.
Specifically the cavalier installation of old...

I would say that it could even be a...
You don't see much of that in Fallout 1 or 2; there are no feral ghouls in the series until Bethesda starts adding to it. I believe that feral ghouls come from an inability to get series accurate ghouls using Face-gen, so the more accurate ghouls are implemented as monster/animal entities, at...
Ghouls should not be reduced to simple cause and effect. Not only would there be too many of them, but there would also be many —many instance of humans inflicting the ghoul condition to attain immortality, either for themselves, for revenge, or for profit—upon a coerced labor force.
Black Isle...
I'd say that is —precisely— what he means. That is the humor of the joke. He says it right there, "We are the first, and last generation of ghouls"; there are only old ghouls (meaning no new ones).
The ghouls were a product of the [mysterious] event at Vault 12; itself a product of their...
