Happened to me a few times in 2.2.1, after reloading a older save game he was ok, dont remember now why that happened.

I mean, he was a waste at the end of game, when he level up he triggers back to the first lvl, was this corrected?

Is Vic fixed?

I've had the same problem with Klint when running in the UK version, so i just installed the US and the mod worked correctly

MIB, i remanaged that Vault13.GAM file and my save files were corrupted (even the ones before i enter v13), then , when i put the archive back to the folder that it wasnt meant to be, the save games started to work again
