You are missing one crucial mod F2MechanicsMiniRework. As a bonus it's completely modular. You should also try Sfall 5 with it's Smarter AI mechanic. Makes game super hard so you don't feel like a dirty cheater when you manually control companions. It's compatible withh Ecco mod.
