The game runs slow with FOT Booster or without it Anyone has an other idea

The game is running slow and when i checked task manager is shows Bos.exe...........................100% Is there a way to fix this or is it my pc that couses the problem System: P-III 868Mhz 384 RAM ATI Radeon 9200 128bit WindowsXP
