The guide actually says that this is the only way to get some unique items, BUT if you pick this perk a few other unique items will not be available to you.

I have pictures from collectors edition of book of all the perks 2-28 (doesnt look like there is one for 30?). I have them on my computer now i need to know how to either send attachments to NMA, or how to/where to put them online so that i can give yall a link to them.

Tried reinstalling, went from crashing every 1 hour to randomly crashing every 10 minutes, mostly when entering a room. And i have a very good comp, second to popeviper so that isn't the issue.

I got my repair to 95 then put on the suit to get it to 100. But doesn't repair also affect the degrade of the weapon? With 100 repair does the weapon not supposed to degrade at all?
