Not sure exactly when this happened, but at a certain point in the game everything stopped attacking me. I can now freely walk amongst raiders, deathclaws, radscorions, and not be attacked. If I click on my weapon, and thus initiate combat mode, I will then be attacked. Seems the AI has lost...
