We Can Remember for you Wholesale is a short story rather than a book. Any film adaptation has to greatly expand on the limited material. It cannot be faithful unless it is a short film. It can only take the basic ideas and run with them.
You don't care, fair enough. But on those islands live a community of people who wish to remain British and ask Britain to protect them. It is not a matter of just giving them back their rock. These rocks are inhabited by a peaceful community of human beings who just want to live their lives...
Make sure you take some good armour, maybe two sets of armour and have enough money to fix it. I took one set which broke and then after a few times I couldn't afford to fix it. The whole DLC was a lot harder with only my soft pink flesh to protect me...
More importantly what is that other sound you hear periodically, I don't know how to describe it which doesn't really help. As if a super hero just came into the room or something... seriously can't describe it. Oh well.
If you were the de-facto ruler of New Vegas i'm certain it would have said so in the ending video! That is a pretty massive consequence from your actions for it not to be mentioned. You are recognised as contributing to independence but nothing is said about you being a leader.
Deluded...
To the very best of my recollection all it actually says is that you are recognised as the one who helped Vegas gain its independence. It does not say they recognise you as the leader and it in NO WAY says explicitly that you control Vegas. I'm sorry, I want to be with you, I want to be...
Sorry but you are deluding yourself. I too tried to convince myself of this but, i'm sorry to say, it is an entirely unconvincing delusion. The way Yes man puts it leaves little doubt in my mind.
'I didn't wanna make a big deal of this until AFTER we won but, well... I found some code...
I thought I was gonna be the boss! As soon as I saw the trailer for New Vegas I thought 'I hope you can take over Vegas'. This path suggests that this is what will transpire, instead you get suckered by a stupid robot. It is satisfying to clap your hands and have Yes man throw the general off...
If they're using the skyrim engine I want a huge map. I don't wanna get fobbed off again, Oblivion has huge maps so why should Fallout have a mini version!?
Which is what I didn't like about that ending. I wanted to take over Vegas, I wanted to become the boss... got suckered by a robot instead. Most popular ending.... why? I do no get that at all.
No vehicles! No, no, no! I realise we had a car in Fallout 2 but I do NOT want vehicles to a be a major part of the game. What is this bloody Borderlands? I hated that game.
JUST NO!
The wasteland is no longer epic and unforgiving because i'm speeding across it in my car, the enemies i'm...
Just because they're tribals doesn't mean they wouldn't be able to carve into rock... Seriously, the treasury of Petra was carved in the 6th century BC. Some of the world's wonders were created by civilisations who could be perceived as 'primitive' by today's standards. I don't think setting...
And of course the East coast mutants that came from somewhere else, dunno where, why bother to explain it? They didn't come from the master just another source. Cheers Bethesda. Why did they do that? Why didn't they just say they were wandering refugees of the master's mutant army that moved...
Can I just point out that no, I wasn't basing my comment on anything to do with IQ- which is not a definitive measure of intelligence, in any case it has nothing to do with what I said. Also I never used the word 'retard' I said morons. Anyway, forget it please, this isn't the place to be...
