sander to answer your questions 1. Yes and 2. Yes Believe me I have fiddled with the compatability options about a hundered times. doesnt seem to do much, but give me a headache!

:shock: I have repeatedly tried to get fallout to work on windows xp and so far the game refuses to work. When I start a new game everything appears to be fine. However when I engage in combat the game for some reason crashes when the enemy scores a hit. Or if the game doesnt crash right away...
