Hey guess what? I'm an idiot. I hadn't been to that end of 2nd St to realize my car was parked there. Thanks. Mrs Bishop won't sleep with me though and sleeping with Angela doesn't get my NPCs back. Oh well, at least I can go pick up some new ones in my newly found car.

I don't know if this is a bug or what because I haven't seen anything like it here or in Per's walkthrough so here goes. I went upstairs with Angela Bishop, leaving my 2 NPCs downstairs. Problem: I can't find them anywhere; I even went back upstairs with her after leaving town hoping...
