Yeah I tried that. It could only edit certain things like change your stimpacks to Combat Armors. It doesn't give you free hands to edit your inventory.

I checked Per's guide and it said that Smitty tells you to talk to her. I think that there is a typo there because Miles tells you to do that. I will try Falche now. I guess I'll have to try the one made for Fallout 2 since the Falche made for Fallout 1 can't edit inventory. edit: I can't...

I talked to Smitty and he told me he could upgrade my Plasma Rifle. I got one in my inventory and he did upgrade it with no problems. Other than that he said nothing about mrs. Stapleton. Miles however asks me if I've been at the Hub to see her which I haven't since I can't talk to her. :(

Oh yeah my bad. That was Miles, the scientist who told me to go see mrs. Stapleton. In my longest savegame my reputation is 28 and I'm a Champion. In the earlier save my reputation was 23.
