    Gunslinger : Ok, agree.

Gunslinger : "Truly viable" hey ? 1°) If a car is *viable*, every motorised transport mode is viable. ( like a tank in FOT ) 2°) I've never said any transport should be always/everywere/for no reason/easy to get. 3°) Fantasy & Imagination are Fallout like, not spanish inquisition...

    Fallout 3 Location

I haven't forgotten a thing : the transportation mode was implemented in the game. An other *incident* is to mention : the special encounter were you get teleported in the FO1 Vault 13... and back. A few weeks training is enough to drive an helicopter, and a BOS warrior could be the pilot...

    Fallout 3 Location

Well, an abandoned military base with experimental facilities was already seen in FO2. And I've always wondered why I could not steal the helicopter in the outpost after destroying the garrison. By the way, have you forgotten the boat you repaired to reach the Enclave ?

Imagination man ! It could be a restored train line controled by a faction. An helicopter (like the Enclave ones). A plane, a boat, a submarine, a space shuttle, a horse (restored by genetic engineering, a chip controlled brahmin or deathclaw... It could an experimental military...

    Fallout 3 Location

Hi ! To be precise, tou don't need to "walk from town to town" in Morrowind. You can run or swim (that will increase your athletic ),you can fly, take a boat or a silt strider (instant travel) and finally, you can teleport in various ways. What I like in that is the choice. Maybe it...

    Fallout 3 Location

In Fallout 2, you take a boat to reach the Enclave. So, Fallout 3 could start in the former US ( wasteland aso ), continue in Europe and finish ( or just continue again ) in... The Wasteland ! But if not, it doesn't disturb me.

    Damaged Armor?

Yes, this is a point. I agree.

    Damaged Armor?

In Diablo,Arcanum and Arx Fatalis I hated the repair system because repairing yourself was simply damaging the things. In Morrowind, the good point is that repairing was improving your skill, so it helped in levelling (is that word correct ?). Carrying around dozens of hammer is not realistic...

    Fallout 3 won't be Morrowind-with-guns

Very easy: the hexes are on the floor, the computer won't be disturbed by you point of view while calculating the game. If you have played Morrowind, you can imaging cliking on the floor to move you char. in Combat Mode. I would play the fights iso.

    Fallout 3 won't be Morrowind-with-guns

I say: something interresting is in Morrowind : the choice of view. An other good idea is the choice you have in FoT between turn based and not turn based (how hatefull it was to me to get stucked in a permanent turn-based play after wouding a civilian in a town fight !) (I mean in Fallout 1 &...
