I've found the reason for errors at workbench - it's the string in ZSCraftB.msg: {224}{}{Gunpowder fuse.} {225}{}"Gunpowder fuse" schematic (1), ammunition remains (30), puke (1), flare (1)} I've deleted it altogether and now the descriptions are fine. Version: Fallout_Nevada_CE_3.4...
