I know what you mean... it could be worked on but i'm quite pleased as it is, I was not going for ultra realism anyway... I felt atmosphere was more important. Only photoshop was used. Thanks for comments.

Bethesda is maybe not the company I full heartedly trust in making great games on all fronts but I don't think even THEY could possibly screw it up this much. I honestly believe that Bethesda ATLEAST have ambition to "graphically" make an impressive game. Heck, from an artistic point of view...
