Completely left field here, but if Obsidian was going to make a sequel to an old game franchise (other than Fallout) which one would you pick? I'm going with Timesplitters. Based on Avowed and Outer Worlds maybe they've got it in them.

The "great filter" not being an extinction event, but a tech/civilization reset is such a fun concept. It's why I gravitated to tabletop Numenera so much. Theres so many things you can do with that setting.
