this may have been posted and ansered before, but i dont feel like looking right now. I was woundering how to extract fallout 1 maps and art and re-insert it for use in the Official Fallout Mapper. P.S.: I really dont know what im talking about, I saw it mentioned in the Fallout_Editor.PDF...

Ive looked thru several tutorials and have not found anything about how to make 2 or three leveled buildings, like Salvadors building in new reno. btw, what i mean is how you could see when you are outside the salvadors and it had two levels and the top split away when you go inside. Thx in advance!
