Most of those are pretty old screens, pre E3 of this year. I've seen newer ones on other sites. They had a bad showing at E3 this year, but the game still looks great. Any word on a release date? They looked at least 18 months out at E3 this past May.
We haven't been exactly idle since the Fallout 3 announcement -- but we are very much focused on Oblivion right now. It'll be a while before you see anything specific about Fallout 3.

It's a bit premature to be making any assumptions about voice actors for Fallout 3, or how/whether this strike will affect the game. We're still a long way out, folks. :)
One new feature of Oblivion is that armor can comprise one or more "slots". So you can have a "suit of armor" that you equip all at once, or separate helmet, greaves, cuirass, etc. that you equip individually -- or any combination. It all depends on how the art is set up.

Anyway, Fallout 3 will be very, very different from Oblivion (or any other TES game). It won't be "Morrowind with guns". It won't even be "Oblivion with guns".

Bad points:
- Zaphod's supposed to be the coolest frood in the galaxy, not a complete idiot.
- Malkovich's character ended up beingcompletely pointless -- they kind of dropped that plotline...
