I’ve never heard of this FEV bomb business before. The closest thing to it is the Enclave’s modified FEV in Fallout 2, but Pre-War FEV bombs is new to me.

Wasn’t it due to power armoured US troops approaching Beijing? In a last ditch effort the Chinese launched before the US would take the city. I can’t remember where I got that from though.
Nuclear weapons are not something a corporation would get a hold of, nor would the Vault-Tec seniority have any power over the military/government portion of the Enclave.

Of course, classic fucking management. That tribal picture fits far better than the Enclave helmet (even if the Enclave helmet is cool) and I bet it would have been easy to make portrait.

What was the original cover image, and why weren’t they allowed? Seems very unfair to them. And I always wondered why they didn’t make the tutorial skippable, I never knew that they actually wanted to. Who’s the idiot who forbid them doing that?
I’m not sure why he even said it to begin with. Saying “No not the shooter” doesn’t take away from the fact that he’d still be involved in a war crime. If I remember the intro correctly, the guy on the left even laughs after the first shot.
