I usually play the DLC in the recommended level order and closest from where you start. So I usually explore and screw around until at least level 16, then it's off to the Big MT.

The more I think about it, the more I agree that a TV show would be better. It would give them more opportunity to explore and setup the background to how the world ended up the way it did. But, then again, a part of me hopes this never happens, given the track records of these kinds of movies.

True. If you think about it, except for Lonesome Road and Honest Hearts, characters from Veronica's past play quite an important role in events. Of course you would only notice this if you had her in your party and actually spoke with her.
