Why is everybody talking about Fallout Tactics LOS system? That was a tactical game, not CRPG! You have enough problems in FO3, you dont need to agravate your situation with things like tunnel vision( FOV, right?) and range. The FO 1/2 system is just fine. Otherwise it would be like introducing...

I don't think it would be THAT hard to make the clothing system Arcanum-like. And clothes could add to a derived class(appearance or something). The thing is clothes DID matter from the first human civilizations until now.(clans in Scotland had kilts, crusaders had crosses and uniforms, turks...

I dont think 3D is such a bad idea. Not if it comes from Bethesda anyway. If they can't pull this off, I don't know who will. The few flaws of Morrowind were: lack of true grass, screwed up dialogue(keywords suck big time), and NPCs, wich could be considered checkpoints as far as I'm concerned...
