Fast shot got fixed in fallout 2 so it doesn't work with unarmed. So I used slayer and better crits for that. In fallout 1 it still works, with 12 shots a turn, but you'd be more hard pressed to get slayer because its at level 18.

well, 6 attacks a turn, better crits and slayer often keeps them cycling through rather nicely.

I stick to unarmed most of the time, and I don't really have any trouble with that. Its always interesting to see what people feel is necessary.

Vault 13/Vault 15 are all part of that NCR part of the game. I imagine they were handled with similar groups. Gecko has a great number of quest lines.
