Fast shot got fixed in fallout 2 so it doesn't work with unarmed. So I used slayer and better crits for that.
In fallout 1 it still works, with 12 shots a turn, but you'd be more hard pressed to get slayer because its at level 18.
Vault 13/Vault 15 are all part of that NCR part of the game. I imagine they were handled with similar groups. Gecko has a great number of quest lines. Its got the rat cult, its got tragic, its got all of the mods, its got reactor fixing and optimizing, its got the search for that one mummy ghoul...
TOT is temple of trials.
How can you say fallout 2's towns don't seem finished (which is like... a san fran problem exclusively) when Fallout 1 has multiple instances of places you can't get the good ending for because they simply didn't have their central quest finished.
I'm with hank on this. Talking Death Claws took me by surprise, and they had the effort put in for them. You could talk to every single one of them, and they might be one of the only really good factions in the game. I was genuinely sad when they were murdered, which is probably more than I...
I can't imagine calling fallout 1 better in any capacity. Its short, simple, and doesn't really have any moments that really stood out to me. I remember getting to the end of the game and having to double take because I was sure that couldn't have been all of it, because there was barely...
I believe in new vegas there was the HT tools facility or something where they were setting up turrets and robotics inside the facility or something to prevent espionage by requiring folks to have badges on at all times or risk vaporization. I think thats a rather extreme version of the...
Okay, lets try to qualify this first: What do consider to be the measurement for interest or lack there of found in a character in fallout? What is supposed to be heart of a good side character?
I don't think being psychopathic can't help the world, I'm just saying that if a man murders a bunch of people and decides that he is compelled to keep their severed heads in a mail bag for little to no reason and feels they can not possibly ignore them or put them down, there must be something...
I don't think I've ever had the pleasure of talking to any of the fiends ahead of time. I usually just find them, get shot at, and then kill them because they smell bad and stuff. I end up running around with a bunch of heads of people I don't know, for a reason i'm not sure about other than...
There were several warrior queens and princesses in mongolian armies, and they even had leaders. Khutulun is often referenced as one of the fiercest female women in human history. Mongols definitely had women in their armies, especially as horsemanship and archery were taught to both genders...
Really, thats just me being a little buttface about how extreme a statistic 90% being uninteresting is in a game I remember so many unimportant characters from, and figure if we named them off, we could do a 1 prop z test to do a confidence test on that assertion. Yay, hypothesis testing.

Feel free to read. Mongols were surprisingly egalitarian, so I really recommend doing reading on them that isn't from a western perspective. There are documented cases of Mongolian women married to foreign Lord's as part of an offering...
