Theres not Such thing as Ki attack i remember this rumour and its proven false many times. But well u really dont need it either. Since theres nothing in Fallout u cant kill with fists... Its best action type character build that there is in Fallouts...

I think something that adds boost to kicks... Unarmed with power fist is pretty much best weapon there is and i think just punching is pretty boring when killed million guys doing it... Even if its so damn overpowered...
