I can't believe it, but it seems that killap's unofficial patch has solved the problem! Of course now there are little unofficial patch bugs that I'm noticing now, but I can actually complete the game and not have a huge problem =D

I found that I needed the Gigolo perk. For me, it just took a handful more times "working it" than it did to get Sexpert. Once I got gigolo, I was able to shoot "Pokehotass" or whatever the film is called :lol:

According to Per, it has something to do with the in game clock. The question is, how can it be altered? I'm going to try a few of these unofficial patches and see if they fix the problem.

Yes, it happens every time I start a new game to. Anywhere from a year or 2 to about 6 years. Usually right about the 3 year mark, all of the shops just stock restocking.
