Well I don't think SPECIAL (for example) is a requirement of a good post-apoc RPG. So... as long as the game didn't have SPECIAL and didn't have the same engine as Fallout I wouldn't think there'd be a problem. But... Interplay are fuckheads... so that's a problem.
