Title. Fo2 runs at a miserably slow frame rate. I only have Killap's restoration project installed. Someone i know also has RP installed on win10 and their game runs just fine. Tried going full vanilla, windowed mode, reinstalling and etc etc and still runs like dog shit. What is the problem...
