LOL. Fallout 4 still has the Gamebyro bug that gives a double mouse point on Alt+Tab and Actors flying into the air.. These hve been in since Oblivion AFAIK.. (There is mods to fix this in at least skyrim)

Perk gate.. Only other thing is I'd say you level up faster with 1 int and idiot savant than 10 int ..

Fallout 4 was just fallout 3 with Project Nevada and Wasteland defense installed though.. The fact the game still has the ALT+Tab bug from Fallout 3/Skyrim and the games physics are still tied to the FPS is shocking.

How and why was the Institute replacing people with Synths? There is a Random Encounter with two people called Art, both say they are real!? This lead to me so many questions.. + 1. If the Institute could copy a person so easily replicate someone.. Why is the original person running around? 2...
