    Hmmm, I'm a little disappointed in their choice to not allow INT to affect dialogue. After all, then you can drop your INT stat and still have normal conversations and then use the points for other stats. There has to be some sort of penalty for having a low INT, so I hope if they take this out...

    Well from my experience, there are lots of online game stores that will sell you versions from other regions, especially PC games. I don't know what will work best in your area, but a quick internet search should help you out. :) If not, there's always eBay.
