The need depends on your style of play. Once I have developed senaking a lot with all the soldiers (and all have power armors) with good results, even at the end of the game.

Power armor reduces doctor, first aid, lockpick, steal, science and repair ability too (about -10%). However, It's not as bad as yout sneak reduced by 75%... :shock:

If they mutate, I'd like to see some mutation more "extreme", like the fire gecko in FO2... Alligators acid-bite? Or "ghost alligators" (stealth like chameleons)?

Uh, willy's item depend on you level (more levels, more probability that it is a rare item). Alien Blaster = 13 or more levels. If you don't have money, just use Steal on willy before talking to him. Many times he has more than one item, so you can steal not one, but three alien blaster...

I voted for advanced power armor (FO2). However, I really like the Midwestern Power Armour (FOT) too. The horns look strange, but rememeber: the midBOS recruited many primitives. So the armour reflected this influence. Plus, the armor is more fearsome that the "metal can" T-51b or...
