Fallout 2 Restoration Project by Killap. It's available here on NMA. FO2 was incomplete and buggy upon release. But, all the unfinished content was still buried in the released game files. F2RP completed all that content. It has many new questlines, characters, and locations. It's what the original devs intended the game to be.
