The wiki lists lifegiver as giving 4 Health per level in fallout 1 and having 3 ranks.
As i remember it it has 3 ranks but it just gives 4 Health...

What you are saying is restoration and vanilla are all the same...
So in the critical override.ini it says that the player is number 19 in vanilla and 38 in restoration.
