    The Russian dialogue is a known problem. His text file is translated, but it doesn't appear for some reason we can't figure out. The talking head is new to me. That's probably due to the CE, since I don't remember him having a talking head at all.

    I'm trying to keep more than one editor working so that we have a diversity of "voices" with the English text. I'm waiting for some of them to get back to me, but we're making progress through Nevada's locations. It's going to be a while before we're done, though.

    I'm afraid I have no way to help you. I never had trouble with the Overseer's conversation. I suspect this is because I'm still using an older version of the mod - there may be a bad script associated with the Overseer in the new one. Unfortunately, I never touched the scripts at all.

    Jay Kukish left it on the floor at his feet after his conversation with you. If you didn't pick it up on your way out then you have an inconvenient trip ahead of you. You may want to try returning to Vault City without it; maybe the appropriate flag has been set even if you didn't pick it up.

    The original installer included the Fallout2.exe, which could lead to a C&D down the line. It will probably be re-released later without that. However, the installer is currently difficult to use correctly, so we'll revise that as well before re-releasing.

    I don't think we have to do anything complicated. If we just remove Fallout2.exe from the download, then everything should be fine. We'll have to keep master.dat and critters.dat, as both of those have been changed.

    I honestly don't know. My memory of Hawthorne is very fuzzy. I just think it's unlikely that you'd need a high Lockpick skill to get through an essential quest.
