    FYI everyone, I think I'll be making a minor update before the end of the year (i.e. by Dec 31st) to put everything on a truly clean slate. It will be very minor and just be called RP 2.3.1. Still, it'll put my mind at ease for the coming year and for the long modding hiatus ahead.

    Try changing the CPU idle setting in ddraw.ini (found inside your main Fallout 2 directory) I always did say I'm a sucker for new Fallout graphics. That is one thing that could pull me back.

    Add/remove programs under Windows. Just to be 100% safe, though the uninstaller shouldn't remove them, you should make a backup of your save games. They are in the DATA folder of your Fallout 2 installation directory.

    That's for the player's appearance, not companions. If you want them to not change appearance, you'll have to reinstall the RP.     Not sure if these are different in F1 (probably not) but ANIMCOMD.H in the F2 Mapper is your friend. Actually, all those header files are your friend. Here's a list of them from it: You probably want 20 or 21 depending upon how you want the body to be (face down/face up)
