Now that you mention it yes I was very disappointed that Victor didn't play a bigger role in the story. They should have scrapped Yes Man and replaced him with Victor and changed his role in the story. The whole time he was following the player I thought something big was going to happen.

Your right it isn't up the publisher to decide what you want, it's up the the player audience to decide that. And most gamers nowadays don't like isometric roleplaying games anymore. Back when Fallout 3 first came out many reviewers were praising it for not being an isometric roleplaying game...

It would've never sold gamers don't want turn based isometric games anymore, they want first person shooter exploration games. Also hating Fallout 3 just because it wasn't isometric makes no sense at all. Fallout 3 sucked because of it's poor combat system, terrible writing,bad story, and...

I thought the tell me about feature was pretty cool for a game from 1997, but you're right it wasn't implemented properly and that's why they cut it in Fallout 2. It's kind of a shame they didn't work on it and implement it better.

That's a browser made by a third party, but it does use a modified version of the Firefox engine. So I'm not really sure if it uses the exact engine of the recently released version of Firefox.

If you have any trouble uninstalling your programs you can also try Revo uninstaller which is a great program.

You should try cleaning your computer out with some compressed air and also try a fan monitoring program like Evga precision x or MSI afterburner. You can manually set the GPU fan to around 60 or 70 and it won't throttle down like that.

Also some other programs to update your drivers are Slim Drivers and Secunia PSI.
