Are these the only things that affect prices with shopkeepers, or do things charisma or how much the town/person likes you have an effect? Or is it simply: with 0% Barter skill, all items in all shops cost 600%?

Look at an empty gun in your inventory. For example an SMG reads "0/30 10 mm JHP", or "0/30 10 mm AP" depending on which it was loaded with last, and when clicking "reload" the gun will be loaded with the same ammo used previously. At least this is the way F2 works. Metzger's gang is a good...
