    Forgive this rant, but....

The problem with Fallout 3 is that it seems so half-assed, just like Oblivion. I honestly think FO3 looks ugly and is incredibly boring. You would also expect Bethesda to evolve after putting out something like Morrowind, but they really haven't.

Most Overrated Games of This Gen?

http://immoralgamers.com/?p=41 I've yet to see a negative review of Fallout 3. I don't find it irredeemably horrible, but it is a far, far cry from great, so it's nice to see someone who isn't a Black Isle diehard trash it, even if it is an obscure blog. It's also nice to be called a...

Fallout 2 mod Fallout 2 Restoration Project Discussion (ideas/suggestions)

\ That raises the question about the Gravedigger title. It's worthless and has no consequences. Maybe you stand a chance of being haunted by spirits or something? It could be made to work like the Jinx perk, a positive and negative effect...

Fallout 2 Restoration Project 1.2 (Unofficial FO2 Expansion)

Stealing has always been way too easy in the Fallout games. The Primitive Village was added in as part of the RP, so the NPCs there may have special scripts attached to them.

Fallout 2 mod Fallout 2 Restoration Project Discussion (ideas/suggestions)

There's a way to get rid of them for good in the RP.

Fallout 2 Restoration Project 1.2 (Unofficial FO2 Expansion)

Definite bug, though I can't remember if it was in the original game. I face this large party of robbers in combat armor in a random encounter cave. I'm at level 15 or 16. These guys are packing pulse weaponry, enough to rip me apart with the substandard equipment and weak NPCs I have. Thing is...

    NPC Armor

I disagree with this and would like a redhead Miria, but I guess most people don't use the mod that makes her more useful and don't think she's worth the effort.

    NPC Armor

Not being an artist, maybe I don't have the insight for that. They look perfectly fine to me, as an average gamer. Hell, even great.

    NPC Armor

Miria I can stand, though I think the Reno whore sprite would suit her way better. Davin is a different story. He's supposed to be a young man but looks like all those hunchbacked 40-year-old farmers (then again, he's a sick weirdo who fucks brahmin, so maybe he doesn't deserve to look good). As...

    NPC Armor

Well, even with armor they are drags since they're so damn weak. Think of their armor appearances as a companion to the Davin and Miria mods out there, Grotesque. It also becomes an argument about whether Myron deserves to look good in armor at all, since most people hate him so much they only...

    NPC Armor

    Too awesome, Grotesque.

Fallout 2 Restoration Project 1.2 (Unofficial FO2 Expansion)

Damn it. There goes my membership in a crazy, powerful cult with access to high-tech weaponry.

So, we can confirm that the apparent Hubologist crash is not triggered if you join them?

Fallout 2 Restoration Project 1.2 (Unofficial FO2 Expansion)

It's not, but you can make it compatible. I'm too lazy to explain, so PM Morticia (sorry, pal).

Fallout 2 mod Fallout 2 Restoration Project Discussion (ideas/suggestions)

I'll go get someone crippled and check again. I distinctly remember crippled enemies running away like they were being chased by a hundred hungry geckos.

Fallout 2 mod Fallout 2 Restoration Project Discussion (ideas/suggestions)

I'm fully aware of that (well, I didn't know the exact numbers, but I was aware that they did lose action/movement points for being crippled). What I'm suggesting is that the animation for them be changed to the "walk" animation if their legs are crippled. Hell, they shouldn't be able to run...

Fallout 2 mod Fallout 2 Restoration Project Discussion (ideas/suggestions)

Here's an idea: characters with crippled limps shouldn't be able to run away in battle. They should be confined to walking (limping) away. I mean... they're supposed to be crippled, aren't they? It only makes sense.

    Cowardly Sulik!

I've had this problem happen to me with other NPCs several times throughout my years of (re)playing Fallout 2. I'm pretty sure this is an inherent vanilla bug that nobody's noticed enough to get to the bottom of. It's never been game-breaking for me because it's never permanent. For me, at least.

Fallout 2 mod Fallout 2: Weapons Redone v2.3

Alright, man. It's your mod and therefore your choice. I edited it for myself, anyhow, simply changing the name of the weapon to "tanto", which is way more fitting, since either the developers were muddled with what a wakizashi really was or in Fallout 2's timeline history in feudal Japan got...

    Spiked knuckles on Miria

Everyone can fight unarmed. Miria sucks all around, though, so I'd just leave her behind unless you have the mod that makes her badassed.
