Alright, so I more or less cleared New Vegas, all quests done, nothing else to do. All I really do now is collect weapons, repair them fully with my stockpiled weapon repair kits and fully mod them (with the exception of scopes for pistols). So, anyone have any suggestions on what to do...

The only good points for Honest Hearts in my opinion is Joshua Graham and the .45 auto weapons. Tommy-gun anyone? Other than that, the entire thing is just a drag, even the environment bores me.

Where did the Boomers get the fuel to fly their bomber? Last I checked the world got destroyed because of the complete and utter lack of fuel and, according to Mr. New Vegas, they fly their plane regularly.

Well, my preference is with Mr. House. However, if you took away the rampant sexism, the unnecessary slavery and the cannibalism then I would see them as a legitimate choice, Mr. House would still remain my preference though.
