Are you using the exe that comes with the RP or another one? That error comes up when you don't have the city limit patch installed (not necessary with the RP, since its exe is already patched) EDIT: Also if you have the RP installed don't copy all sfall files to the folder, only ddraw.dll

Did you even bothered to read my post. I already told you the solution. Here it is again: Download the latest version of sfall from Timeslip's site and copy the file ddraw.dll to your fallout folder (say yes when it asks to overwrite the old one)

No, you did not do it properly. If you had used the search function you would had found the solution to your problem. It has nothing to do with the RP (which you so happily keep bashing, BTW) but a bug in the version of sfall that the RP 1.2 uses. So, maybe next time you have a problem try...
